  • An operating instinct for managing many concurrent requests across stakeholders with different priorities and timelines.
  • Familiarity with GA4 and at least one experimentation platform.
  • Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and how to QA against them.
  • Excellent communication skills; translating technical detail for non-technical marketing partners, and translating marketing intent into engineering requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content production tools and workflows.
  • Familiarity with multilingual sites
  • Experience standing up or scaling a web production function from a contractor-led or single-contributor model.

  • Serve as a heavy contributor on any CMS consolidation or replatforming efforts.
  • Build and run the operating model for web requests across Marketing, B2B, Careers, and Partnerships; defining intake, prioritization, SLAs, and handoffs between Marketing and Engineering.

  • Build, maintain, and document reusable components, templates, and publishing standards in our CMS to support velocity, consistency, and brand fidelity at scale.
  • Conduct comprehensive QA on every page launch; schema validation, WCAG accessibility, cross-device rendering, and conversion-critical functionality.
  • Provide training, enablement, and documentation for marketers and cross-functional partners using the CMS, ensuring publishing standards hold as the team scales.
