  • Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder environments and streamlining production workflows.
  • Clear, compelling communication with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end production and launch of high-quality web pages, ensuring they are optimized for the B2B buyer journey.
  • Partner with Content and PMM teams to ensure web content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with company strategy.
  • Partner with the SEO/AEO team to ensure web content is optimized for organic growth.
  • Partner with creative agencies to guarantee visual assets are produced in-time.
  • Lead the execution of webpage localization, ensuring a seamless and culturally relevant experience for international markets.
  • Manage the workflow between internal teams and external translation agencies to ensure high-quality, timely localized content updates.
  • Manage the web component library within our CMS, ensuring technical stability.
  • Monitor and maintain overall CMS health, collaborating with web engineering to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal web requests, developing a clear prioritization framework to align web updates with business objectives.
  • Build a regular cadence with regional marketing leads to provide visibility into the web roadmap and production timelines.
  • Develop and enforce a global content lifecycle process, including regular audits, refreshes, and archiving of outdated content.
  • Partner with the performance team to lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts on key landing pages through message and layout testing.
  • Design and lead training programs to enable cross-functional and regional teams to perform self-service content updates within a governed framework.
  • Create and maintain documentation and guides for the CMS to ensure high-quality execution across the organization.
