The role requires attention to detail to create a dependable and seamless experience for users.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Solid understanding of benefit plan structures, networks, and eligibility processes
Experience working with benefits administration systems, data management, or web-based platforms
Attentive to detail, organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion, and a customer-service-focused mindset
Ability to work independently, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business systems
Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening
