About The Position

Everfox, formerly Forcepoint Federal, is seeking a Web Optimization Specialist to shape and deliver high-quality digital experiences across their online products and platforms. This role involves taking ownership of the creative vision for the company's web presence, ensuring content, design, and user experience are consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand and business objectives. The specialist will guide the development of digital content, maintain high standards across all online touchpoints, and lead the planning and delivery of web projects, managing timelines, production schedules, and quality assurance. Collaboration with creative and technical leads is key to contributing to overall digital strategy and translating ideas into effective, user-focused solutions. The role includes overseeing the production of online content from concept through launch and ongoing optimization, including standard search and AI optimization. The Web Optimization Specialist will act as a key point of coordination across marketing, product management, partnerships, and development teams, bringing together different perspectives to deliver a cohesive end-product. This position requires confidence in working with established processes while also identifying opportunities for improvement, using sound judgment to manage priorities, solve problems, and ensure projects stay on track. Strong collaboration and effective working relationships across teams are essential, with potential engagement with external partners and technology providers.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. digital media, marketing, communications) or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience in digital content, web production, or user experience
  • Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
  • Confident decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production of online content from concept through to launch and ongoing optimization (both standard search and AI Optimization, including updates and enhancements).
  • Act as a key point of coordination across marketing, product management, partnerships, and development teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve how work is delivered.
  • Use sound judgment to manage priorities, solve problems, and ensure projects stay on track.
  • Build effective working relationships across teams.
  • Engage with external partners and technology providers where needed.
