The Web Experience Optimization Lead will own the end-to-end delivery of web initiatives, from strategy to execution. This role involves actively managing the backlog, writing user stories, and ensuring timely sprint delivery. The lead will define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for all web properties, aligning web initiatives with business goals, marketing strategies, and customer experience objectives. Responsibilities include prioritizing features based on data-driven insights, driving website content strategy, and collaborating with marketing, creative teams, and external vendors to deliver compelling content experiences. The role also involves establishing governance for content processes, identifying emerging trends and technologies, and leveraging AI-driven solutions to enhance personalization and user experience. Additionally, the lead will serve as Scrum Master for the web development team, oversee the implementation and optimization of Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target, utilize GA4 for performance monitoring, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements.
