About The Position

Everfox, formerly Forcepoint Federal, is seeking a Web Optimization Manager to lead the ongoing development and optimization of their website. This role is crucial for improving site performance, search engine visibility, and user experience, ensuring the company's digital presence reflects its leadership in Cross Domain and Insider Risk solutions within the cybersecurity industry. The manager will work closely with the demand generation team to achieve these goals.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in website management, SEO, and UX.
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress).
  • Proficiency with web analytic tools.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Hubspot).
  • Familiarity with Google tools.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketers.
  • Hands-on involvement with previous B2B websites (managing and building).
  • Ability to improve website experience and deliver a tangible increase in web conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage external agency developers and backend support for website maintenance, updates, development, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage website tasks including page updates, redirects, tagging, and performance optimizations.
  • Report on website performance metrics.
  • Review and improve site navigation, page layouts, and calls to action to enhance user journeys.
  • Recommend and implement UX enhancements based on data and best practices.
  • Support content updates and A/B testing to boost engagement and lead generation.
  • Conduct keyword research and develop an SEO strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for SEO strategy implementation.
  • Optimize on-page SEO elements such as metadata, URLs, content structure, and site structure.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to enhance rankings for core product keywords.
  • Track website performance using tools like Wincher, Google BC, G4, and Hubspot.
