About The Position

We are looking for a Web Marketing Specialist to support business expansion in the U.S. market within the luxury resale / retail industry. This is a full-time, on-site position located in West Hollywood, California. The role involves planning, developing, and writing digital content for various social media platforms, designing offline promotional materials, creating blog content, managing external agencies, and executing/analyzing marketing campaigns. The position also includes a 1-3 month overseas training program in Southeast Asia with full housing and visa support.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, or related fields.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills in Japanese.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Strong sense of design aesthetics with great attention to detail.
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and write digital content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, RED (Xiaohongshu), and Google Business Profile.
Design and produce offline promotional materials such as flyers, store banners, vouchers, and marketing posters.
Collaborate with internal departments to plan and create regular blog content for company websites.
Coordinate with and manage external agencies or production vendors when necessary to execute marketing initiatives.
Execute, optimize, and analyze marketing campaigns, and prepare regular internal performance reports.
