Texas Instruments’ Web Marketing Career Accelerator Program (CAP) provides professional and technical training, function-specific instruction, hands-on projects, on-the-job learning, coaching, and mentoring to help participants build long-term careers. The program offers exposure to worldwide marketing teams and other disciplines, including digital experience and analytics, technical content, user experience design, and web technology, with collaboration across marketing, technical, communications, and sales teams. The User Experience Design Program lasts 12 months and combines experience in UX design with learning in another program area, such as web content management, web technology platforms, or search. Participants learn the systems, platforms, and processes used to create and maintain customer experiences on TI.com, and receive training intended to prepare them to move into a full-time UX Design role. The work supports customer research, product evaluation and purchasing, customer support, digital marketing, brand consistency, technical solutions, and analysis of website content and performance.
