Web Developer (Active TS/SCI with Polygraph)
About The Position
This role requires a Web Developer with an Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. The position involves seven (7) years of experience as a Software Engineer (SWE) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required, though four (4) additional years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may substitute for the degree. A minimum certification of IAM Level I (CAP, GSLC, Security +) is also necessary. The developer must have professional work experience with one or more of the specified programming languages and technologies, experience deploying and operating software on Linux, a solid understanding of APIs, authentication/authorization basics, and secure coding practices, and working knowledge of relational databases and performance basics.
Requirements
- Seven (7) years of experience as an SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- A minimum certification of IAM Level I. (CAP, GSLC, Security +)
- Professional work experience with one or more of the following: PHP, .NET C#, Java, Node.js, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, React.
- Experience deploying and operating software on Linux (service configuration, logs, basic networking, automation).
- Solid understanding of APIs, authentication/authorization basics, and secure coding practices.
- Working knowledge of relational databases and performance basics (indexes, query tuning at a practical level).
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required
