About The Position

This role requires a Web Developer with an Active TS/SCI clearance and Polygraph. The position involves seven (7) years of experience as a Software Engineer (SWE) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required, though four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may substitute for the degree. A minimum certification of IAM Level I (CAP, GSLC, Security +) is also necessary. The developer must have professional work experience with one or more specified programming languages and frameworks, experience deploying and operating software on Linux, a solid understanding of APIs, authentication/authorization basics, and secure coding practices, as well as working knowledge of relational databases and performance basics.

Requirements

  • Seven (7) years of experience as a Software Engineer (SWE) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university (or four (4) years of additional SWE experience may substitute).
  • Minimum certification of IAM Level I (CAP, GSLC, Security +).
  • Professional work experience with one or more of the following: PHP, .NET C#, Java, Node.js, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, React.
  • Experience deploying and operating software on Linux (service configuration, logs, basic networking, automation).
  • Solid understanding of APIs, authentication/authorization basics, and secure coding practices.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and performance basics (indexes, query tuning at a practical level).
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using specified technologies.
  • Deploy and operate software on Linux environments, including service configuration, log management, basic networking, and automation.
  • Implement and manage APIs, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
  • Apply secure coding practices to ensure application security.
  • Work with relational databases, including understanding performance basics like indexes and query tuning.
