About The Position

This role requires a skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer with an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph. The position involves administering and developing within the ServiceNow platform, troubleshooting Linux/UNIX systems, and utilizing programming and web technologies. The candidate will also be responsible for technical documentation and mentoring junior team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Requirements

• Ten (10) years of experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university (or five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted).
• Minimum certification of IAT Level II (CCNA – SECURITY; GICSP; GSEC; Security +; SSCP).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer.
• Linux/UNIX system troubleshooting experience.
• Development experience with JavaScript or other high-level programming languages.
• Familiarity with web-based user interfaces (HTML, XML, CSS).
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph.
