About The Position

The People site team is seeking a web content producer to oversee content development and updates for an internal global website. The role handles a high volume of content updates and contributes to content development for new initiatives. The successful candidate has a strong background in content editing, HTML, and project management, can balance big-picture thinking with close attention to detail, and is passionate about content integrity and user experience. The role also requires working within a Content Management System.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in online content production and editing.
• Strong knowledge of HTML.
• Ability to write clear, direct, and compelling copy.
• Meticulous, highly organized, with strong task and project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven experience with Content/Web Management Systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with partners in an often ambiguous and fast-changing environment.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive tasks while working with cross-functional teams.
• BA/BS degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with HR and global projects.
• Master’s degree.
