About The Position

ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Collaborate with developers, Project managers, quality assurance, business teams and technical support to provide a mix of business and technical direction on systems, design, development, testing and deployment. Meet with Company Executives to learn strategy, tactical approaches, priorities, requirements, and business process. Document business requirements, may develop and oversee project plans, oversee and coordinate the development of technical specifications, and help enforce change control procedures. Must take initiative to spend time with all levels of users (formal meetings, informal meetings, observing work, etc.) May develop and maintain project schedules with appropriate input, including all necessary activities and dependencies. Establish open, fluid and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders and the project team. This could include all levels of participants from Company Executives to individual contributors. Develop and maintain all Project Documentation for all assigned projects. Must be seen as an advocate for the customers/users Expected to develop and maintain a strong Mouser business acumen and use it with each assignment. Ensures an increased level of code reuse and contributes to the growth and use of the knowledge library. Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment. Represents the company and Internet Business in a professional manner Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and external contacts. Team player/leader. Expected to utilize organizational skills to document, categorize, prioritize, provide easy access to information, ask questions, follow up, and maintain communications. Detailed and thorough in work habits with multi-tasking ability. SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS Skill evaluation: Behavioral (80%); Excel (80%) Demonstrated skills with project management tools and methodologies, software development lifecycle and problem solving. Ability to produce rich documentation including screen mockups, flowcharts and other process diagrams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills. Strong ability to work in teams with a collaborative interpersonal style. Demonstrates a positive attitude toward self and others. Ability to set and track goals. PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficient with internet e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point, Project, Outlook and other software. Able to use, read, analyze and interpret spreadsheets and printed reports Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, organizational and teaching skills. Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization. Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Including the ability to communicate with people at all levels. Available to work early, late and weekends when needed to fulfill assigned responsibilities Experience with Mockup creation and prototyping using HTML is preferred Web Business Analyst I Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience Web Business Analyst II Subject matter/platform knowledge and expertise over established program value area within the Mouser enterprise Demonstrated extensive Mouser business acumen Leadership skills in driving successful delivery of projects and initiatives Established skills and experience with documenting business needs, user requirements and agile feature acceptance criteria Requirements 2+ years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, program analyst or equivalent position required. Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, software development lifecycle. Proven experience with problem solving and solution development. Web Business Analyst III Deep subject matter/platform expertise over established program value area within the Mouser enterprise Proven success in exploring stakeholder/market needs, segmentation, sizing, and competitive landscape to achieve desirable, feasible, and sustainable outcomes. Expert leadership skills in driving successful delivery of projects and initiatives Established skills and experience with documenting business needs, user requirements and agile feature acceptance criteria Mentor peers in learning and building proficiency in Mouser, Internet Business, and stakeholder analysis and communication skills

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, program analyst, product manager or equivalent position required. For internal candidates, experience can be a combination of internal and external experience.
4+ years with ecommerce environments (B2B required).
In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle, project management tools and methodologies.
Proven experience with problem solving and solution development.
Demonstrated ability to partner with agile release train/scrum teams to deliver solutions.
Proven experience in producing documentation including, requirements documents, flowcharts, wireframes, and other process diagrams.
Proven ability to work in teams with a collaborative interpersonal style in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Mockup creation and prototyping using HTML is preferred
