About The Position
The Wealth Management Associate Program is a salaried development program aimed at developing sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a Wealth Advisory role. The program offers a strong foundation in financial planning, relationship building, and client discovery – skills that are highly valued in Advisory careers. Requirements
- Completing an undergraduate or master’s degree by January 2027, or a recent graduate with less than 5 years of experience and a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
- Excited about building a long‑term career in Wealth Advisory
- Naturally curious, thoughtful, and collaborative, and enjoy solving problems that matter to people.
- Adaptable, open to feedback, and motivated to grow.
- Remain positive and resilient when faced with challenges.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills; the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative client and internal/ external partner relationships.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Entrepreneurial‑minded and energized by helping clients navigate important life decisions in a sales advisory capacity.
- Ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus
- Keep current on issues affecting the financial affairs of clients, including a general knowledge of income tax, investment trends and products, as well as any other issues impacting clients.
Responsibilities
- Client meeting preparation
- Drafting post meeting notes
- Identifying next opportunities
- Gathering and inputting financial data resulting from discovery conversations
- Preparation of comprehensive financial plans
- Preparation of specific investment strategies based on MD Management developed and managed optimal portfolio ranges
