The Wealth Management Associate Program is a salaried development program aimed at developing sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a Wealth Advisory role. The program offers a strong foundation in financial planning, relationship building, and client discovery- skills that are highly valued in Advisory careers. Requirements

  • Completing an undergraduate or master’s degree by January 2027, or a recent graduate with less than 5 years of experience and a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
  • Excited about building a long‑term career in Wealth Advisory
  • Naturally curious, thoughtful, and collaborative, and enjoy solving problems that matter to people.
  • Adaptable, open to feedback, and motivated to grow.
  • Remain positive and resilient when faced with challenges.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills; the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative client and internal/ external partner relationships.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial‑minded and energized by helping clients navigate important life decisions in a sales advisory capacity.
  • Ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus
  • Keep current on issues affecting the financial affairs of clients, including a general knowledge of income tax, investment trends and products, as well as any other issues impacting clients.

  • Client meeting preparation
  • Drafting post meeting notes
  • Identifying next opportunities
  • Gathering and inputting financial data resulting from discovery conversations
  • Preparation of comprehensive financial plans
  • Preparation of specific investment strategies based on MD Management developed and managed optimal portfolio ranges
