The Wealth Management Associate Program is a salaried development program aimed at developing sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a private banking role. Requirements

  • Completing a master’s degree by January 2027, or a recent graduate with less than 5 years of experience.
  • Passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
  • Excited about building a long-term career in Credit Advisory.
  • Naturally curious, thoughtful, and collaborative.
  • Enjoy solving problems that matter to people.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and enjoy connecting with others.
  • Strong communication skills—listening, asking great questions, and expressing ideas clearly.

  • Develop sales and entrepreneurial skills for a private banking role.

  • Gain exposure to credit advisory businesses and their application to overall wealth strategy.
