Requirements

  • Completing an undergraduate or master’s degree by January 2027, or a recent graduate with less than 5 years of experience.
  • Developed a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
  • Excited about building a long‑term career in Wealth Advisory.
  • Naturally curious, thoughtful, and collaborative, and enjoy solving problems that matter to people.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and enjoy connecting with others.
  • Strong communication skills—listening, asking great questions, and expressing ideas clearly.
  • Adaptable, open to feedback, and motivated to grow.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial‑minded and energized by helping clients navigate important life decisions in a sales advisory capacity.
  • Remain positive and resilient when faced with challenges.
  • Relationship management skills; the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative client and internal/ external partner relationships.
  • Demonstrate an ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus.
  • Sufficient knowledge of French and English.
