About The Position

We are hiring for multiple positions within our Wealth Banking Services Solutions group. These roles support our wealth business clients through a variety of operational functions. Some positions focus on handling a high volume of incoming calls, partnering directly with clients to address servicing needs. Other roles are centered on operations processing, including reviewing loan documentation, boarding loans into bank systems, and supporting money movement activities. Throughout the interview process, we will align candidates to the role that best fits their skills, experience, and interests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Five or more years of administrative support experience
• Expert knowledge of departmental operations/policies and bank products/services
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
• Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities
