This role involves reviewing and assessing disposition findings, performing investigations, gathering data, analyzing root causes, and documenting outcomes. The Solutions Engineer will propose, design, and develop Proof of Concepts, and execute solutions to address identified issues. This position requires communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, senior leaders, and others to clarify findings, share investigation results, and coordinate solution implementation. The role also involves applying investigative processes and analysis techniques, ensuring all findings, investigations, and solutions are documented according to team standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role focuses on identifying and implementing process enhancements to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and automation, generating investigation metrics, and escalating findings to Regional Leads for guidance and resolution. The Solutions Engineer will also adapt to regional team priorities as directed by the Regional Lead.
