About The Position

Glenmede is seeking a Wealth Advisory Intern for its 10-week program, running from June to August 2027, based in Philadelphia, PA. This hybrid position requires interns to work in the office at least three days per week. The program offers personal and professional development, insight into future career opportunities, networking events, a final group project, volunteer opportunities, social outings, and exposure to professionals across the business. Glenmede has been a trusted partner for private wealth, endowment & foundation, and investment management clients for over 65 years, emphasizing a team-oriented environment, continuous career growth, and a blend of large firm infrastructure with boutique client focus.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and a rising senior, graduating between May 2028-December 2028.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Desire to be in a client-facing role.
  • Self-motivated with proactive resolutions and a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to carry out detailed work accurately and on time.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, ability to analyze.
  • Ability to work within a team and on a self-directed basis.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship, for the internship duration.
  • Must be currently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and will not require work visa sponsorship from Glenmede now or in the future.
