About The Position

Glenmede is offering a 10-week internship program from June to August 2027 for students interested in private wealth, endowment & foundation, and investment management. The program aims to provide interns with personal and professional development, insight into future career opportunities, and exposure to various areas of the business. The internship will be based in Wilmington, DE, and is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the office. Program highlights include networking events, a group project, volunteer opportunities, social outings, and exposure to professionals across the firm.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and a rising senior, graduating between May 2028-December 2028.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Desire to be in a client-facing role.
• Self-motivated with proactive resolutions and a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to carry out detailed work accurately and on time.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, ability to analyze.
• Ability to work within a team and on a self-directed basis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship, for the internship duration.
