Who you are: As a Wealth Advisors Operations Specialist II , you are the first point of contact for many of our Frost Wealth Advisors’ clients, and you set the standard for what it means to care for our customers’ accounts. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in trust account administration, operations, personal banking account management, or institutional trust and custody account management
  • Knowledge of Securities, including an understanding of bonds and dividends
  • Demonstrated understanding of regulations that govern Trust and Institutional Custody
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or in a related field
  • Experience in trust operations

Responsibilities

  • Open and maintain trust accounts by fulfilling routine requests such as contributions, distributions, and transfers.
  • Ensure that money moves appropriately and that accounts properly reconcile
  • Serve as the escalation point for other Wealth Advisors Operations Specialists for complex client issues
  • Assist clients with standardized information requests.
  • Provide superior customer service to clients by maintaining consistent written and verbal communication
  • Collaborate with others across the organization to coordinate account-related activities and fulfill client needs
  • Create and execute daily account activity reports by collating data from multiple systems
  • Perform account reviews and maintenance to ensure that accounts are within regulatory and policy guidelines
