About The Position

The Wealth Advisor, Guided Investing, deepens relationships with an established client base and organically grows the practice through referrals. The advisor works with Mercer Advisors’ in-house experts to help clients achieve their financial goals. Advisors act as client-focused fiduciaries, applying advanced financial planning and investment knowledge and strong relationship skills to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions. They are supported by technology and specialists in portfolio management, financial planning, tax, estate planning, and other areas. This role is based in Newport Beach, California. It requires availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; occasional early or late hours may be needed to meet business tasks and client needs. The position may be performed in a professional office or a dedicated home office workspace. The role involves routinely sitting and standing, and lifting no more than 10 pounds. Travel of up to 20% may be required for client meetings, company training, and other needs.
