About The Position

Kinn is a fine jewelry brand specializing in modern heirlooms. Its jewelry is handcrafted from solid 14k gold and designed to last and be passed on as cherished heirlooms.

Kinn is hiring multiple full-time Keyholder & Client Advisors for the opening of its third flagship store in Newport Beach, California. The role includes day-to-day responsibilities involving product knowledge, communication, retail sales, customer service, and creating positive customer experiences. Client Advisors work closely with guests to understand their preferences, comfort zones, and long-term image goals, serving as fashion consultants, confidants, and creative partners as they help clients build and evolve personal connections through style choices.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience.
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including POS, Excel, and Word.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, high-energy, entrepreneurial spirit.
• Team player inspired by others’ successes as well as their own.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations by providing outstanding service experiences.
• Help customers select appropriate styles based on their needs and preferences.
• Use product knowledge to communicate the collection’s vision and quality.
• Build and maintain an organized client book to generate appointments and drive sales through consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Proactively contact clients based on their preferences and past purchases.
• Achieve and exceed sales and metric goals.
• Use product knowledge and trends to provide relevant styling suggestions.
• Engage customers and build relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Maintain knowledge of store key performance metrics and work toward targets.
• Collaborate with management to develop action plans and sales strategies.
• Maintain the store’s visual presentation and meet visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with floor sets and merchandise replenishment as needed.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Collaborate with management on operational tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
