About The Position

Requirements

• 4+ years of enterprise systems administration experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022/2025)
• Strong hands-on experience with DNS
• Strong hands-on experience with TCP/IP networking fundamentals
• Strong hands-on experience with IIS web server configuration and support
• 4+ years of experience supporting data center migration or infrastructure modernization initiatives
• 4+ years of providing Hyper Care support post migration of Microsoft Window servers and applications
• 4+ years of experience providing user support
• 4+ years of experience configuring and troubleshooting web traffic using IIS and reverse proxy/load balancer technologies

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with the State of New York based Government and/or Public Sector Clients
• Any relevant certifications
