Requirements
- Proven expertise in migration strategy, content management, and Microsoft collaboration technologies (SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive).
- Hands-on experience performing tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Eligible to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
- Advanced knowledge of workflow and automation tools within Microsoft 365.
- Experience developing migration runbooks and user support materials for large enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Assess existing collaboration platforms, repositories, and content for migration readiness and requirements.
- Execute end-to-end migrations of documents, sites, workflows, permissions, and business content into Microsoft 365.
- Design tailored migration strategies that address business, technical, security, and compliance needs.
- Partner with stakeholders and project teams to define migration waves, timelines, and key dependencies.
- Identify risks, redundancies, and optimization opportunities during migration planning.
- Configure, support, and optimize SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
- Validate migrated content for completeness, usability, metadata accuracy, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot migration issues and implement effective remediation strategies.
- Develop thorough migration documentation, runbooks, and user support materials.
- Support testing, cutover planning, and post-migration stabilization.
- Champion best practices in content organization, governance, and platform adoption.
