About The Position

The MI Drilling Fluids Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to customers. The specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery. The role also involves ensuring accurate, timely job deliverables and executing service delivery. Applicants must have a STEM background or 10+ years of directly related drilling fluids experience, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and U.S. work authorization. Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Execute service delivery.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear required PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain required safety training.
