About The Position

European Wax Center is hiring a Wax Specialist to provide body waxing services using its Exclusive Comfort Wax and proprietary products. The role focuses on helping guests feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable while delivering a consistent, high standard of care. The center offers an upbeat, professional, team-driven environment and provides paid training to help the specialist learn and master full-body waxing. Experience is preferred but not required. The position is located at 8555 West Belleview Avenue, Littleton, Colorado 80123. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and accepted through October 31, 2026; the position may be filled earlier.

Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the applicable location.
• Positive, professional, guest-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and master full-body waxing; paid training is provided.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift or move up to 25 pounds, and reach items stored at various heights.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist is preferred but not required.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide body waxing services using Exclusive Comfort Wax and proprietary products.
• Recommend products, services, and wax passes to guests.
• Support business needs with flexible availability, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisory or management personnel.
