About The Position

European Wax Center is hiring a Wax Specialist to provide body waxing services using its Exclusive Comfort Wax and proprietary products. The role focuses on helping guests feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable through excellent service. The center offers an upbeat, professional, team-driven environment, and paid training is provided to learn full-body waxing. Experience is preferred but not required. Flexible availability is required, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts.

The position is located at 1341 New Beale Street, Unit 110, Castle Rock, Colorado 80108. Base pay is $12.25 per hour, with additional earnings available through commissions on product, service, and wax pass recommendations, as well as performance bonuses. Benefits are available to eligible associates. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and accepted through October 30, 2026; the position may be filled earlier.

Requirements

• Current Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in Colorado.
• Positive, professional, guest-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and master full-body waxing; paid training is provided.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift or move up to 25 pounds, and reach items stored at various heights.

Nice To Haves

• Waxing experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales experience is a plus.
