About The Position

European Wax Center is hiring a Wax Specialist in Castle Rock, Colorado. The role provides body waxing services using the company’s Exclusive Comfort Wax and proprietary products, helping guests feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable. The center offers an upbeat, professional, team-driven environment, and paid training is provided to learn and master full-body waxing. Pay starts at $12.25 per hour, with additional earning opportunities through commissions on product, service, and wax-pass recommendations and performance bonuses. Employee benefits are available to eligible associates. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and accepted through October 30, 2026; the position may be filled earlier. Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in Castle Rock, Colorado.
• Positive, professional, guest-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and master full-body waxing; paid training is provided.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift or move up to 25 pounds, and reach items stored at various heights.

Nice To Haves

• Waxing experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent body waxing services using Exclusive Comfort Wax and proprietary products.
• Help guests feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable.
• Recommend products, services, and wax passes to guests.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisory or management personnel as business needs require.
