About The Position

European Wax Center is hiring a Wax Specialist to provide body waxing services using its Exclusive Comfort Wax and proprietary products. The role focuses on helping guests feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable through excellent service. The centers offer an upbeat, professional, team-driven environment, and paid training is provided to help the specialist learn and master full-body waxing. The position is based at 10442 Town Center Drive, Suite 500, Westminster, Colorado 80021. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis through 10/31/2026, though the position may be filled earlier.

Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the applicable location.
• Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and master full-body waxing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift or move up to 25 pounds, and reach items stored at various heights.

Nice To Haves

• Waxing experience; experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent body waxing services using Exclusive Comfort Wax and proprietary products.
• Recommend products, services, and wax passes to guests.
• Build guest connections and provide a positive, professional guest experience.
• Learn and master full-body waxing through paid training.
• Support business needs with flexible availability, including opening, closing, and weekend shifts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisory or management personnel.
