Howmet Aerospace has an immediate opening for a Wax Injection Lead in our Patterns Business Center at our Engines Products - Cleveland Operations Tempcraft facility located at 3960 S. Marginal Rd. in Cleveland. This position is responsible for ensuring the flow of work through a production area and making sure that quality parts are being produced in the quantities specified in the schedule. The Wax Injection Lead role is a hands-on out on the manufacturing floor working with the operators to train them on the proper and safe procedures for using equipment, inspection of parts and ensuring adherence to defined processes. The Wax Injection Lead is responsible for identifying and documenting problems and where possible, solves any quick production problems to restore the flow path in the moment. Howmet Engines is a world-class producer of aero engine and industrial gas turbine components, including airfoils, rings, disks and forgings. We excel in vacuum melted superalloys, machining, performance coatings and hot isostatic pressing for high performance parts that enable the next generation of quieter, more fuel-efficient aero engines and cleaner power generation. There are 3 weekend shift positions available. This position is from Friday to Sunday, 6 a.m. -6:30 p.m. Employees work 36 hours each week and are paid 40 hours. Voluntary overtime opportunities are available during the week in accordance with the company's 16/64 rule.
