About The Position

The Wave Planner job function monitors and manages orders as they progress through the work stages. This role involves monitoring batches, printing orders, distributing workload to employees, and ensuring the completion of tasks. The Wave Planner also identifies and addresses problem orders, communicates with the help desk via email to correct issues, assists sales representatives via email with requests, and communicates and reassigns incomplete orders to oncoming shifts.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment including Outlook & Microsoft Excel.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Nice To Haves

• WMS experience preferred.
