About The Position
TPI Hospitality, with over 50 years of experience and more than 40 hotels and restaurants across Minnesota and Florida, is seeking energetic Lifeguards to create a safe and fun environment for guests. You’ll work closely with the Waterpark Manager to ensure guest safety while delivering a positive and memorable experience. Our Lifeguards are energetic, upbeat, and create the atmosphere guests love to return to year after year.
Requirements
- Energetic, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard training preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor waterpark areas to ensure guest safety.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.
- Engage with guests to create a fun, welcoming experience.
- Maintain equipment and enforce safety regulations.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
