Waterman Food Runner (On-Call)
About The Position
Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is hiring an on-call Waterman Food Runner to assist the Pool & Beach Service Attendant with delivering food from the kitchen and fulfilling guest requests. The role focuses on providing attentive guest service in the pool and beach areas in keeping with Four Seasons standards. The candidate should be energetic, experienced in customer service, skilled at multitasking, and passionate about service and hospitality. The position requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Scheduled days and times may vary based on business needs.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- At least 3 months to 1 year of full-time employment in a related position.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Legal work authorization in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to pool and beach areas.
- Assist with clearing, cleaning, and setting up tables and pool chairs for service.
- Greet guests according to Four Seasons standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond urgently to guest requests.
- Assist with stocking linen, silverware, utensils, towels, and food items for service.
- Assist with breaking down, cleaning, and setting up food stations.
