The Water/Wastewater Project Manager is responsible for delivering all objectives for assigned projects, including scope, schedule, and budget. The role oversees project planning and execution, manages project resources and staff, and supports client and marketing activities. It also includes coaching and leading team members through regular feedback, performance management, and development.

Responsibilities

Monitor schedules, budgets, accounts receivable, and manpower requirements, and prepare invoices.
Develop project management plans for assigned projects.
Establish project pricing and budgets.
Create and maintain project schedules.
Develop and maintain project-specific quality plans.
Develop and coordinate project scope.
Manage subconsultants.
Participate in client presentations.
Oversee and manage assigned staff working on projects.
Manage all technical resources on the project team.
Develop extra work order requests and open-end contract task proposals.
Coordinate with and assist Section Heads, Office Managers, and Practice Leaders with marketing proposals.
Coach and mentor project team members through one-on-one check-in meetings and project debriefs to recognize achievements, identify areas for improvement, and share lessons learned.
Lead and manage team members through setting expectations and goals, providing feedback, holding one-on-one meetings, coaching, and continuous performance management to support team growth and development.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
