About The Position

Eagle Contracting is seeking a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of wastewater treatment plant projects throughout the DFW area. The role manages project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field coordination, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. The ideal candidate has construction experience in wastewater, heavy civil, or infrastructure and wants to grow within a stable and expanding organization.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.

Nice To Haves

Experience with wastewater treatment plants, water infrastructure, or heavy civil construction is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage wastewater treatment plant construction projects from startup through closeout.
Coordinate project activities to support successful project execution.
Track project progress and support schedule development and maintenance.
Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
Coordinate and communicate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Assist in resolving jobsite challenges and project issues in a timely manner.
Manage project documentation, reporting, and administrative requirements.
Support procurement and material management activities.
Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and contract requirements.
Participate in project meetings and maintain effective communication with owners, engineers, and project partners.
Review subcontractor performance and support project schedule adherence.
Assist with project forecasting, planning, and risk management strategies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
