About The Position

Wilson and Company is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager specializing in Water/Wastewater to support its Loveland, Denver, or Colorado Springs office. The role involves project management, contracting, mentoring, and client management. The successful candidate will work independently while collaborating with other team members and may also contribute to rail and transportation infrastructure projects. The position offers opportunities to work on multiple projects and contribute to business development and client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a water resources emphasis.
• 10+ years of experience specializing in Water/Wastewater design engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with plan production.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent work ethic and a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles.
• Wilson & Company is not currently sponsoring applicants for work visas.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with MicroStation and InRoads.
• Experience with hydraulic and environmental calculations.
• Experience with technical report writing.
