About The Position

Home Water is a division of Just Energy, a retail energy provider proudly serving customers in the United States and Canada with electricity and natural gas commodities. Since 2010, Home Water has installed thousands of our innovative Whole Home and Under Counter water filtration systems throughout the U.S. and Canada. We designed our patented EZChange filter systems to offer the best tasting water possible, while maintaining an easy installation and a minimal equipment footprint. With a focus on innovation, we continue to strengthen our brand with best-in-class products that we believe in and stand behind. This is a contractor (1099) role within our Filter Group division. The main duties involve on-site installation of whole home and point of use water filtration products, including water softeners and descalers. This opportunity can be a full-time or part-time role and comes with a flexible work schedule. However, the expectation is that the employee will be available for full workdays on the weekends.

Requirements

Must have valid driver’s license and your own reliable transportation
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Available to work a flexible schedule with evenings and weekends
Reliable transportation with mileage reimbursement.
Active Class II or III Water Treatment Specialist Certification or a Plumber’s License
Adaptability to work within various mobile applications and systems
Quote generation and digital signatures via connected device

Nice To Haves

Sales experience preferred
Experience with plumbing, HVAC, or water filter installations

Responsibilities

Attend scheduled appointments to perform on-site services according to Home Water protocols.
Install Home Water products including, but not limited to, under-counter filters, whole home filters, water softeners, descaler, and reverse osmosis systems.
Attentive documentation and reporting using Home Water provided systems and services.
Servicing and repairing installed assets.
