About The Position

Clean Response helps property owners recover after damage from fire, flood, and similar events by cleaning up, drying out, and rebuilding. The Water Technician supports this recovery process by cleaning up and drying damaged properties while providing consistent communication and updates to coworkers and clients. The position is full-time at the Des Moines location and involves work in a changing environment, including occasional on-call shifts. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered, with $1,250 paid at month three and another $1,250 at month six.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in water mitigation.
• IICRC Water Damage Restoration qualification.
• Experience in commercial and residential restoration.
• Experience using small to medium power tools to remove building materials.

Responsibilities

• Repair properties that have suffered water or fire damage.
• Remove damaged materials.
• Place and use drying equipment when needed.
• Develop an understanding of water-loss procedures.
• Provide consistent and seamless communication with coworkers and clients.
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
• Adapt to a constantly changing work environment and its daily challenges.
