About The Position

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is hiring an entry-level Water Restoration Technician to help mitigate water damage, restore properties, and support customers. This hands-on role offers ongoing training, a supportive team culture, and opportunities for long-term career growth in the property damage restoration industry. The technician supports mitigation projects and responds to emergency service needs, including participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday assignments.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work in confined spaces, on roofs, or in crawl spaces.
• Comfort handling sewage while using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Nice To Haves

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup.
• Respond to emergency service calls with timely, professional service.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep job sites and company vehicles clean and organized.
• Document completed work using company technology and software.
• Support the mitigation team in completing projects to standard and on schedule.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to assigned after-hours, weekend, and holiday emergencies.
