About The Position
Roto-Rooter is hiring a Water Restoration Project Manager for its San Antonio branch. The company’s water restoration division is growing, and this role manages water restoration projects and crews while serving as the primary customer contact. The manager develops work scopes and plans, monitors project progress, supports customer satisfaction, and coordinates estimates, insurance matters, and collections. The role may also perform water restoration sales and technician duties when needed.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the water restoration industry, its practices, and insurance reimbursement for water mitigation claims.
- Strong customer-service focus and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency using Xactimate software.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, develop scopes of work and work plans, and monitor progress.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and review estimates, act as a liaison with insurance companies, and interact with company personnel on collections.
- Ensure technicians perform work in accordance with IICRC and RRSC guidelines.
- Perform water restoration sales and technician functions when needed.
- Ensure all documentation is complete.
- Manage and supervise all water restoration crews.
