Requirements

• Proficiency with restoration project management software such as Xactimate, Dash, or similar.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls as needed.

• IICRC certifications such as WRT, AMRT, or FSRT, or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Manage water, fire, and mold restoration projects from initial assessment through completion.
• Conduct on-site inspections and damage assessments and develop scopes of work.
• Coordinate and supervise field technicians, subcontractors, and crews to support quality and timely project delivery.
• Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the restoration process.
• Prepare and manage estimates, work orders, moisture logs, and progress reports.
• Ensure work complies with IICRC standards, safety regulations, and company protocols.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
