About The Position

SERVPRO is hiring dependable, hardworking Restoration Technicians to help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, and other property damage. The hands-on role involves restoration, demolition, construction, and cleanup work. Candidates with relevant experience are preferred, but training is available for applicants who demonstrate a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Requirements

• Dependable and hardworking, with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight areas.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to participate in occasional after-hours and weekend emergency calls.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in restoration, demolition, or construction is preferred.
• IICRC certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and cleanup.
• Set up, monitor, and remove restoration equipment.
• Assist with water, fire, and mold remediation projects.
• Load, unload, and maintain equipment and work vehicles.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Work with a team to complete projects efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
