Water Mitigation Technician
About The Position
RestoPros Austin is hiring a Water Mitigation Technician to lead mitigation jobs from initial inspection through final equipment pickup. The role includes performing water extraction, setting drying equipment, taking moisture readings, and clearly documenting work. The technician communicates with customers, explains the mitigation process, and provides high-quality service. The position also participates in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency losses. This is a full-time role with rotating emergency response coverage. Pay is $22–$28 per hour, plus on-call bonuses of $50–$200 per job depending on type. Requirements
- Prior experience in restoration, construction, or a related field.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
