About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Water Heater Technician with a strong background in plumbing and water heater installation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and familiarity with essential tools like email and iPads. This role involves direct customer interaction, job documentation, and collaboration with internal teams. Safety and continuous learning are paramount, and a valid Oregon State Driver's License is required.

Requirements

• 2.5+ years of experience in Plumbing or water heater installation (or apprenticeship).
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with email and using an iPad.
• Ability to complete job documentation.
• Valid and active OR State Driver's License.
• Must be an insurable driver.
• Must be 25 years of age with 2+ years of driving experience.
• Must have a safe place to park the company truck during off-hours.

Responsibilities

• Install and service water heaters.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members.
• Work independently to complete assigned tasks.
• Utilize email and an iPad for job documentation and communication.
• Complete job documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with team leads, Customer Service, and Dispatch as needed.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on plumbing technologies.
