Water Heater Technician
About The Position
Fast Home Services is on the lookout for a driven Water Heater Technician to join our expanding team serving all over the LA area. PLEASE Note: Weekly Monday Tech Meetings are held at our Santa Fe Springs warehouse, and attendance is required. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, replacing, and repairing both tank and tankless water heaters in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate brings solid plumbing expertise, a strong focus on safety, and a genuine dedication to outstanding customer service. Training Wage: Start with us a trainee making $25/hr + Earn Bonuses AFTER the Training period.
Requirements
- 2.5+ years of experience (or apprenticeship) in the areas of Plumbing or water heater installation.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Familiarity with email, using an iPad.
- Valid and active CA State Driver’s License.
- Must be an insurable driver.
- Must possess a current CA State Driver's License.
- Must be 25 years of age.
- Must have 2+ years of driving experience.
Responsibilities
- Installing, replacing, and repairing both tank and tankless water heaters in residential and commercial settings.
- Communicating with customers and internal team members.
- Completing job documentation.
- Communicating with team members [team leads, Customer Service & Dispatch] as needed.
- Following all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Willingness to train, learn, and keep up to date with the Plumbing Business.
