About The Position

Fast Home Services is seeking a Water Heater Technician to join their team serving the Washington area. This role involves installing, replacing, and repairing tank and tankless water heaters in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong plumbing skills, prioritize safety, and be dedicated to excellent customer service. Monthly tech meetings at the Woodinville warehouse are mandatory.

Requirements

Pass a drug screen.
Have a good driving record.
2.5+ years of experience (or apprenticeship) in Plumbing or Water Heater installation.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Able to work independently.
Familiarity with email and using an iPad.
Willingness to train, learn, and keep up to date with the Plumbing Business.
Valid and active WA State Driver’s License.
Must be an insurable driver and possess a current WA State Driver's License.
At least 2+ years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

Installing, replacing, and repairing both tank and tankless water heaters in residential and commercial settings.
Communicating with customers and internal team members (Team Leads, Customer Service & Dispatch).
Completing job documentation.
Following all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Training and learning to keep up to date with the Plumbing Business.
