About The Position

Fast Home Services is seeking a Water Heater Technician to join their team serving Washington. This role involves installing, replacing, and repairing tank and tankless water heaters in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have strong plumbing expertise, a focus on safety, and excellent customer service skills. Monthly tech meetings at the Woodinville warehouse are required. The training wage is $22/hr, with bonuses available after the training period. The service area covers Seattle/Bellevue and extends from Bellingham to I-90.

Requirements

Pass a drug screen.
Have a good driving record.
2.5+ years of experience (or apprenticeship) in Plumbing or Water Heater installation.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Able to work independently.
Familiarity with email and using an iPad.
Valid and active WA State Driver’s License.
At least 2+ years of driving experience.
Must be an insurable driver.

Responsibilities

Installing, replacing, and repairing both tank and tankless water heaters in residential and commercial settings.
Attending monthly tech meetings at the Woodinville warehouse.
Completing job documentation.
Communicating with team members (Team Leads, Customer Service & Dispatch).
Following all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Willingness to train, learn, and keep up to date with the Plumbing Business.
