About The Position

Garver’s experienced Water Team is seeking a Water Engineering Intern to join our team in our Tulsa office. This intern will gain real-world experience in design while working in a fast-paced, professional setting. Join our group of professionals who are working with communities throughout the region and are developing solutions for their water needs. The internship offers the opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by experienced water professionals and industry leaders, gain real-world environmental and civil engineering experience through assisting with a wide array of water projects, receive training from experienced water staff and project managers, and gain experience in the competitive consulting engineering industry. Interns will also have the opportunity to visit some of Garver’s Water project sites. The Garver Launch Program is an immersive hands-on intern development program that includes daily engagement with fellow interns and industry professionals, participation in Garver's acclaimed wellness program, community volunteer activities through Garver Gives, and professional growth enhancement through collaboration with Garver's Learning and Development team.

Requirements

Candidates must be pursuing a civil, environmental, or biological/biosystems engineering bachelor’s degree in an ABET accredited program.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AutoCAD or Revit.
